We carry a variety of different series of different airless dispenser systems in our stock program.
The advantage of these systems is a 99% residual emptying of the filling goods, in combination with a 100% recyclability of the products.
We offer the well-known top-fill systems from the “Nano”, “Micro Round”, “Mezzo Round”, “Pearl” and “Eden” series as well as bottom-fill systems from the “Macro Compact Round” series and HVDS systems. The volumes range from 5 ml to 1,000 ml.
The standard colors are white, natural (transparent) and black. However, optionally also available with various finished snap-on adapters, with all-round hot-foil embossing as well as lacquered and fully embossed caps for the respective base parts. Depending on the airless dispenser series, these have different dispensing volumes. This ranges from 0.2 ml for the smallest systems to up to 7.5 ml for the largest dispenser systems.

Each airless dispenser series has different dosing volumes – from 0.2 ml in the smaller systems to 7.5 ml in the larger dispenser systems.

For example, we offer airless dispensers with 50 ml and with 1000 ml capacity. This allows for flexible use for different contents and sectors. Companies can decide whether they want to use the airless pump dispensers for single-use or multiple-use.

Various mouth types and colors of the containers can also be configured according to individual wishes.

Custom designs of airless containers

At POHLI, you have the option to brand your airless dispensers in a range of designs, colors, and shapes – in line with your corporate design. In this way, you can strengthen your brand identity through the packaging itself.

We offer both pad and screen printing with up to 4 colors. Glass and plastic packaging as well as closures can be printed or lacquered. On request, we also metallize certain products – in gold and silver, matte or glossy – to give your packaging a high-end finish.

This service is available not only for large quantities, but also for small customized runs.
